Where is Purr Gold located?

Purr Gold is located in St. Paul, Minnesota and operates out of a private residence with a presence online and at local craft type shows. We do not have a store location.

Where does Purr Gold ship to?

Currently, Purr Gold ships only within the United States.

How much is shipping?

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Some items are shipped free (free shipping is stated in the item description).

I live in the Twin Cities, MN area and would like to pick up my purchased item(s) to avoid shipping costs. How do I do this?

If you contact Purr Gold at info@purrgold.com, we can discuss pickup options for you prior to your purchase. If not, we will contact you after you place your order. Simply choose Local Pickup at checkout.

Are the pet beds and carrier pads machine washable?

Yes, absolutely! Some items are crafted using fabrics that do best being machine washed in cold water and dried on low heat – your item will arrive with these instructions in the package if this applies. Otherwise, normal machine washing conditions are appropriate.

How do I know what size pet bed to purchase?

The measurements are listed in each item description. The smallest beds (11-12″ center for the round beds) will fit a pet up to about 15lbs. The other beds should state approximate pet size information. If you have more specific questions regarding size, feel free to reach out with your questions or concerns at info@purrgold.com.

How do I know what size carrier pad or crate mat to purchase?

Measure the inside of your pet carrier or crate (interior length, width, height). Carrier pads and crate mats with similar dimensions will likely fit, even with an inch or two difference from the size of your pet’s carrier/crate. What if I need to return an unused item?

We accept returns on unused items if you follow these instructions: Email us for the address to return the item to (DO NOT SEND ANYTHING TO THE ADDRESS ON THE STATE REQUIRED LABEL ATTACHED TO THE PET BED OR CARRIER PAD). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be received in the same condition sent in for a full refund.

My item was damaged during transit. What do I do?

If the item was damaged during transit: keep all packing materials, take photos, then contact the shipping company and contact us at info@purrgold.com.

Do you take custom orders?

We do not take custom orders at this time.
