Where is Purr Gold located?

Purr Gold is located in St. Paul, Minnesota and operates out of a private residence with a presence online and at local craft type shows. We do not have a store location.

Where does Purr Gold ship to?

Currently, Purr Gold ships only within the United States.

How much is shipping?

USPS shipping charges are shown at checkout. If we are able to ship at lower cost using FedEx or UPS, we will refund you the difference in shipping cost. Some items are shipped free to you (free shipping is stated in the item description). Bulky items are expensive to ship, so bulky dog beds that are shipped free to you will be shipped USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the size of the package and you will be provided with a tracking number. Shipping typically takes less than 7 days. Overnight shipping is not available.

I live in the Twin Cities, MN area and would like to pick up my purchased item(s) to avoid shipping costs. How do I do this?

Simply choose Local Pickup at checkout, then choose the pickup date/time. You will be contacted with the address once your order is confirmed.

Do you offer local delivery (non-shipping)?

Yes! Free local delivery is available to the following zipcodes: 55101, 55102, 55103, 55104, 55105, 55106, 55107, 55108, 55109, 55113, 55114, 55117, 55119, and 55130. Simply choose Local Pickup at checkout, and add the words LOCAL DELIVERY to the order notes. You will be contacted with delivery day/time options. This is temporary until we can get automated delivery options available at checkout.

Are the pet beds and carrier pads machine washable?

Yes, absolutely! Purr Gold pet beds, carrier pads, and crate mats can be machine washed. Since we use high quality fabric, we recommend washing on gentle cycle and dry using low heat.

How do I know what size pet bed to purchase?

The measurements are listed in each item description. The smallest beds (11-12″ center for the round beds) will fit a pet up to about 15lbs. The other beds should state approximate pet size information. If you have more specific questions regarding size, feel free to reach out with your questions or concerns at info@purrgold.com.

How do I know what size carrier pad or crate mat to purchase?

Measure the inside of your pet carrier or crate (interior length, width, height). Carrier pads and crate mats with similar dimensions will likely fit, even with an inch or two difference from the size of your pet’s carrier/crate. What if I need to return an unused item?

We accept returns on unused items if you follow these instructions: Email us for the address to return the item to (DO NOT SEND to the address on the state required label attached to the ped bed or carrier pad – that location cannot accept packages). The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Items must be received in the same condition sent in for a full refund.

My item was damaged during transit. What do I do?

If the item was damaged during transit: keep all packing materials, take photos, then contact the shipping company and contact us at info@purrgold.com.

Do you take custom orders?

We do not take custom orders at this time.
